Our Policies:

The Zap Racket comes with a 30 day warranty.  It is to be free from defects for this period.   If you have any issue with your Zap Racket either within or outside of the warranty period, please contact us at 720.295.0598.  From time to time, there are manufacturing defects.  Call us, we’ll take care of it.

We do not make our customers pay return shipping.  We send you a return shipping label with your replacement.  There is no restocking fee.  Your Zap Racket ™ is a quality product.  We cover all of that.  Please visit the page, Our Story, to get a better idea of the type of company we are.

We ship using the US Post Office.  If you have a PO Box, please specify it.

All orders are handled with great care.

We charge each Zap Racket ™ for 12-15 hours for your convenience so you can start using it immediately.  We test each Zap Racket ™ after charging and immediately before packaging.

We take care in packaging your order also.  The Zap Racket ™ is protected by recycled bubble wrap and two cardboard inserts to prevent any pressure on the box from reaching the Zap Racket ™.  Each order comes with a handwritten note thanking you for being our customer and telling you that we’ve charged it for you.  It’s the least we can do.
