Zap Racket

The Zap Racket™ comes with a standard 1-year warranty.  However, from time to time, there are manufacturing defects and other factors.  If you have any issue with your Zap Racket either within or outside of the warranty period, please call us at (720) 295-0598 or email us.  We’ll happily take care of it.

If warranted, we send a return shipping label so our customers don’t have to pay return shipping.  And, there is no restocking fee.  At Zap Racket, we cover all of that so you don’t have to.  Please visit the page, Our Story, to get a better idea of the type of company we are.


The US Post Office does our shipping.  If you have a PO Box, please use it.

Standard Shipping delivers within 3 days, usually 2 business days for most locations, most of the time.

All orders are handled with great care.  The Zap Racket is protected by recycled bubble wrap and two cardboard inserts to prevent any pressure on the box from damaging the Zap Racket.  We charge each Zap Racket for 12-15 hours for your convenience so you can start using it immediately.  And, we test each one after charging and immediately before shipping. It’s the least we can do.

  1. Sorry Andrew, we thought we shipped throughout Europe. We will ship anywhere in the world, even if the country isn’t listed in the country list. Send us an email, we’ll send you a shipping quote.
